2019-2020 Permit Timeline

March 2019:  All current permit holders were offered the chance to renew their current permit via an online registration process.

April - July 7, 2019: Open registration for 2019-2020 parking permits. 

July 8 - July 21, 2019: 2019-2020 permit assignments are currently in process.  Students who renewed via priority renewal or who registered for a permit during our open registration process will receive an email within a few weeks with information about their permit.  

July 22:  All remaining permits have been placed online for immediate purchase.  Students are encouraged to purchase early for the best selection of permits.  Click Here to log-in to AccessUH and your parking account. 

Week of July 29: We will begin mailing permits for the 2019-2020 academic year.  We will post more information once the first batch of permits is mailed out.

(Update 8/5 - All permits that were assigned through the registration process have been mailed out.)  

August 12: PTS will have an in-person ONLY permit sale at both the Stadium Garage and University Lofts office locations (see parking map). These limited permits will be available on a first come, first served basis for any stuent who has NOT purchased a permit yet. Sale of permits begins at 8:00am and will go on until all permits are sold. There will still be remote campus permits available online.

August 15-16, 2019: Students who have not received their permits in the mail can pick up a replacement permit at either of our offices.  A limited number of last-minute permits (subject to availability) will also be availble for purchase in-person. 

August 19, 2019: First day of classes.  PERMITS ARE REQUIRED TO PARK ON DAY 1.  THERE WILL BE NO FREE PARKING AREAS AND NO GRACE PERIOD.
