Save Time with Parking Express!

If there is anything we all could use a little more of, it is time. We can't buy you more time, but we can save you some.
A faster service for students, faculty and staff
Earlier this year, we rolled out Parking Express, our new online booking service that helps students, faculty and staff benefit from the flexibility of not having to wait in line to resolve a parking issue. The service is a part of our new initiative to help resolve parking issues with as much ease and for maximum resolution outcomes for current and future members of the UH community who park on campus.
Reasons to schedule a visit
Parking Express allows you to book an appointment online for any of the following reasons:
- Exchange a permit
- Replace a permit
- Pay a citation
- Reload a METRO Q-Card
- General questions or other parking-related issues
Please note: Parking Express is separate from our COAST program. In order to schedule an appointment to meet with a COAST representative in our Stadium Garage location and discuss alternative transportation programs available to you, go online here.

This new service from Parking and Transportation allows the flexible option for us to help you at the time that is most convenient for you. It is currently available at our University Lofts customer service office, weekdays between 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
