The Cougar Card Office has implemented a new service where you can join our line to receive same day service or make an appointment at a time that is more convenient for you. This service allows us to control the lines and have your card pre-printed before you actually visit our office. This ensures that the service you will receive once you are in our office is both fast and efficient. Additionally, if you are needing to replace a lost card, you can complete your payment online before coming to our office, you will simply need to show us your electronic receipt.
The faculty and staff cards were distributed to central departmental contacts in early August 2020 before the fall semester began. If you haven’t received your new smart cougar card please check with your department first before you contact the Cougar Card Office.
Remember we are not accepting any walk-in customers or taking photos in our office. Please visit https://kiosk.na4.qless.com/kiosk/app/home/418 to join our line or make an appointment for in-office service Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm.
