New Comment Boards Let Diners Post Notes on Napkins

Napkin boardsUniversity of Houston Dining Services now features Napkin Notes boards at the Cougar Woods and Fresh Food Company dining halls.

The boards allow customers to communicate with the management team by leaving notes written on a napkin.

“Guests are invited to write down a menu request or experience on a napkin and place it on the board for the management team to view,” said Emily Fahner, UH Dining marketing manager. “Our management team will reply to comments or requests that are posted on the boards.”

The boards are located near the dish return station inside each dining hall.
