 Membership Requirements

The Social Dance Club was formed to promote ballroom and social dancing in the UH community. The club offers lessons, dances, and competitions for its members' benefit. Membership in the club is open to all students, faculty, staff, alumni and community members. Membership dues are $40.00 per semester or $100.00 per year for students and $60.00 per semester or $150.00 per year for everybody else. You do not have to know how to dance or have a partner to join the club!

All eligible persons can apply for membership by filling out the membership request and paying the required membership dues set by the SDC-UH officers. Membership will lapse unless renewed every semester or every year.

 Membership Application

Print the "Request Form" , and bring to class a long with membership dues (cash or a check or money order written to "Social Dance Club at UH" ). The membership package can be picked up the first day of class meetings.
