Welcome to Noah Kaplan's Home Page. I am currently an Assistant Professor at The University of Houston. At the moment, my homepage is undergoing major reconstruction.

The "machine-free bookmark theory" undergirds the current reconfiguration. This theory stipulates that the best use of a homepage is as a bookmark file. The obvious advantage of such a bookmark file is that one can access it independent of the machine through which one connects to the internet.
