Will of Seth Dey : 1781 - 1829

Seth was the son of William and Margaret Perrine Dey and the grandson of Joseph Dey of Cranbury, Middlesex County, New Jersey.

In the name of God Amen.

I Seth Dye of the township of Dover and County of Monmouth and State of New Jersey do make and proclaim this to be my last will and testament in manner and form following.

I give and bequeath to my beloved wife Abigail Dye during her natural life all my estate both real and personal of whatsoever kind and after her decease I then leave it to her disposal.

Lastly I hereby constitute and appoint Abigail Dye, Executrix and Randolph Dye and James Dye [Seth's sons] Executors to htims my last will and testament. In witness whereof I set my hand and affixed my seal this 17th day of February in the year of our Lord 1829
