Writing Center professional staff, comprised of English PhDs and linguists, is available for consultation with businesses of all sizes and pursuits to develop various levels of support to address writing concerns specific to your workplace and employees.

In order to assess the needs of your employee population, Writing Center experts can administer a diagnostic writing assessment to formulate a profile of general and individual writing issues, including those of non-native speakers of English. The Writing Center offers a variety of strategies to address issues particular to your field and employee population, including hands-on practice, team-taught writing workshops, individual and small-group writing consultations, and follow-up writing support. These services can be provided on or off campus at any time, including nights and weekends.
