$tart $mart is a collaborative project between the American Association of University Women (AAUW) and The WAGE Project. The program teaches college women how to negotiate for their first salaries upon graduation. The curriculum teaches about the wage gap, skills in researching salary ranges, and negotiation skills. The University of Houston WRC and the Women's, Gender, & Sexuality Studies (WGSS) program are pleased to present this workshop every semester for UH women as they prepare to graduate.

Each summer the WRC, in conjunction with the M.D. Anderson Library, sponsors a summer book club. We read a fiction and non-fiction book and discuss each one. To get on the book club list, please email firstname.lastname@example.org. Until then, happy reading!
