Got Cougar Spirit?

The Women’s Resource Center celebrated Spirit Day on the occasion of the upcoming first home football game of the season.  Conceived of and organized by WRC staff Gloria Smith, the day involved generating Cougar spirit and pride. Over 200 people participated in the celebration, which included a Cougar Trivia Quiz, promoting a range of Cougar sports, and handing out “Go Coogs” wristbands, CD cases, and candy-filled “spirit sticks” handmade by our enthusiastic WRC volunteers.  The event was such a success that it will become an annual event..
