    The Division of Student Affairs and Enrollment Services take a holistic approach to building a healthier student body by offering programs and services that address mind, body, and spirit.

    UH Dining Services has an app where you can check the menu and nutrition info! Keep an eye on portion size!

    LAUNCH aka Learning Support Services presents over 60 workshops to undergrads on topics involving learning strategies.

    The Health Center has both a men and women's clinic offering services for testing and other related issues. 
  • 7. Spring Break Safety
    UH Wellness offers free educational material and consultations with professional staff. You can als request a presentation through our website.
  • 8. Sexual Assault Awareness Month
    Download the Circle of 6 app for added safety precautions. It helps inform friends where you are and if you need help. University of Houston has a special edition.
  • 9. Mental Health Awareness Month                            CAPS (Counseling and Psychological Services) offer individual, couple, and group counseling for students, faculty, and staff. They strive to help individuals cope and work towards self-understanding and improvement of psychological, interpersonal, and academic functioning.
