[f.59] Sir for the advoiding of mainie evills, which myght otherwyse happen emong thes dysorderid soldiours, I am forced for myne owne honesty to stay emongs them here, wherby I may seeme to overslyge my dutie in my not attendyng uppon your leysur for my dyspatche. Nevertheless I am bold by my lettre to becom a scuiter unto you for these other respects. And by the same I desyer that yt may plaise you to be a meane that the soldiers may receve Cootes which I hope they shall so well deserve as both ye and the rest shall judge them herof well bestowed / and also that warrannt maybe procured for my entry into Wages for my selfe and myne officers frome the second of this moneth, and for the rest of the soldiors as yt shall appere by my boke that I have recevid them. Which point towchith me so nere as will torne me to travaill and troble hereafter yf your good furtherance do not now prevent yt / And thus I humbly end and leve to troble you beynge also desirous to understand wether I shalbe musterid, before my departur, wher unto I wyll be redy within an huwer / from my lodging the 11 discem[bre] Yours most humbly at comandment Edward Turnor
