Richard Arnold, plaintiff; William Afoule and William Bayly, defendants: for perjury in the defendants in deposing at an assizes upon a trial betwixt the said Bayly and another for trespass, that 2 of an array of a tales de cirumstantibus empanelled had confessed to him the said Afoule being together before the trial, that he must appear upon a tales in the said action which was done to quash the array as it did for which corrupt and wilful perjury he was convicted upon the statute of 5 Elizabeth.
