Notes, Additions and Corrections

  • Case Book BL Harley MS 2143 fo. 49r. Witnesses accused here of perjury not admitted again upon a trial as witness until the cause heard in a title for the same land. Wolloscott et al, plaintiffs; Hall et al, defendants: perjury which the plaintiff informed was in substance confessed and yet the defendants brought an action for the trial of the land and meant to use as witness the defendants accused of the perjury at the trial which the court staid by injunction upon an affidavit thereof made.
