The defendants forcibly entered into the plaintiff's house while he was at evening prayers, assaulted his maid, and threw out of the house the wife, children, and servants. They then called for the other inhabitants of the town to join them in taking possession and threw rocks at anyone who tried to eject them from the house. (mg)
