Elizabeth Wye, plaintiff; Fr. Wye, John Moore, William Hewes et al, defendants: for perjury in the defendants in deposing at a court baron holden at Chetnam in the county of Gloucester that one Nicholas Wye was the next and lawful heir of Thomas Wye, for which offence of willful and corrupt perjury the court convicted them by the procurement of one Nicholas Wye, and therefore ordered them to sustain the punishment and time of imprisonment as the statute of 5 Elizabeth appointeth.
