A plaintiff in forma pauperis failing to prove his cause ordered to be examined upon interrogatories to discover who set him on work and maintained the suit for costs to the defendant. Moore, plaintiff; Evleigh et al, defendants: plaintiff being admitted in forma pauperis dismissed for want of proof and the plaintiff ordered to be examined upon interrogatories to discover who maintained this cause to the end the defendants may have their costs, being justices of peace and traduced, the plaintiff to make submission under his hand openly at an assize and the copy of the order to be sent drawn to that end.
