Interrogatories to be ministred to John Milwarde the elder Richard Botton and Richard Hunt on the parte and behalf of Richard Kilcuppe alias Fielde Complaynant
1 Imprimis Knowe you or have credibly hard that the Complainant was about three yeres past taken in her Majestes highe wair neere Birmingham in the Countie of Warwycke and thens caried awaie to the house of one Thomas Thornton and where ys the said house scituate
2 Item whoe did take the said complainant and caried or Conveyed him to the said house in what place was he taken what personnes were present att the takinge of him and whoe were present there about aydinge the same or Consentinge thereunto & what are there names
3 Item what guyftes rewardes or Somes of mony did your or any other promyse Thomas Milwarde or any other for the takinge & carryinge awaie of the said Complainant, and what somes of mony were you or any other bounde to paie for the said Consideracions
4 Item what weapons had you or any other att the tyme of the said takinge of the said Complainant either in the place where he was taken or nere thereabout
5 Item in what manner & by what waies & upon what horse was the said Complainant soe taken and Carried awaie to the house of the said Thorneton & was he Carried unwillinglie did he make any signes of greif sorrowe att suche his usage howe and in what manner & was he caried by any places out of any Highe Waies & through what places & what Company brought him to the said house.
6 In what had you or any other that soe did take awaie the said Complainant to do with him Sid yow doe yt by his consent & what was your intention herein.
7 Item where did you and the personnes which did soe take the said Complainant meete before the takinge of him what conferens had yow concerninge the same & whoe was pryvye to the said takinge of the said Complainant before the same was done where howe and in what manner
8 Item did yow or any other cause the said Complainant to be locked in a Chamber in the house of the said Thorneton howe and in what manner
