T1404 A:Sussex. William Hecchurst turned approver and appealed Henry Braban, Fleming, webbe of two thefts. Henry Braban appeared in court and produced a non molestando writ dated 14 June 5 Henry IV which recited the general pardon granted to all the king's lieges and 'subditis' in England, parts of Wales and Marches of Scotland in the January parliament 1404 [4] SJ
