This template has been created to provide a standard header for the "<Placename> Document" pages.
The text within the template provides the first row of the table of references related to <Placename>. It should be noted here that rather than create a separate Header table, this template provides the first row for the full table, and hence ends with the row ending "|-" rather than the table ending "|}"
