Notes, Additions and Corrections

  • Case Book BL Harley MS 2143 fo. 8r. Misdemeanor in an attorney committed the same court by there determinable. Neale, plaintiff; Danby. Stubing an attorney in the Common Pleas and now clerk of the same court complained of matters done by them in the Common Pleas among the receivers there contrary to the orders of that court and therefore properly examinable and determinable by the justice of the same court, which the court thought reasonable and ordered the same if the plaintiff did not show good cause to the contrary.
