For practice to entice the plaintiff’s daughter to contract herself. Tylley, plaintiff; Meere, defendant: for practicing both by himself, his letters, and messengers, to entice and allure the plaintiff’s only daughter, being but 13 years of age, to have contracted herself unto him.

An arrest of the defendant in the country discharged while he was serving his witnesses with process. George Tilley, plaintiff; Thomas Meere, defendant: upon affidavit to be made that the plaintiff caused the defendant to be arrested 4 or 5 days before the execution of a commission, appointed to be sitten on out of this court, when he was serving his witnesses with process to attend the same. There was an attachment against the plaintiff to be examined for the contempt and the action to be discharged if it concern matter here complained of.
