All scheduled meetings take place on Wednesdays from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. in the Boardroom,
220 E. Cullen, unless otherwise indicated.
Standing committees meet on the second and third Wednesdays in the meeting cycle,
3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m., in conference rooms designated by the chairs.
Committee report deadline is normally 10 am on the Wednesdays shown in the 
scheduled meetings & packet deadlines table.
General packet deadline (except for committee chairs)
is 2:00 p.m. on the
Wednesday prior to each scheduled meeting.
Persons interested in items before the Undergraduate Council are welcome to attend the full meetings and/or contact the committees.
