Complete the University of Houston application for admission using either the Apply Texas Application or The Common Application. Submit just one application. Submit the nonrefundable $75 application fee and any required documents to Undergraduate Admissions by the deadline for priority consideration.
For Financial Aid
Complete the residence hall contract and submit the $300 pre-payment deposit. Important dates and details are available on the Student Housing and Residential Life website.
Register for New Student Orientation (NSO) or Advising and Registration for Transfers (ART) in your myUH account.
International students must:a. Review the online Pre-Arrival Online Orientation prior to traveling to the United States.
b. Attend the mandatory International Student Check-In and Orientation on campus on August 15-16, 2018.
For Placement Tests
Check your myUH account to see if you need to complete any placement tests before enrolling in courses.
For Final Transcript(s)
A final transcript must be sent to UH, which confirms you graduated from high school (freshmen) or completed your last semester of enrollment (transfer).
