WRIGHT: RIGHT ON TARGET FOR PLANT OPERATIONS

Steven Wright is right on target with excellent customer service, according to his supporters.

Wright, lead carpenter in Plant Operation’s building maintenance department, “has a way with our customers to make them feel at ease,” his nominator wrote. “It is of the utmost importance that the work is done right and on time. Most importantly, his customers are happy.”

Wright not only excels in customer satisfaction, he also is devoted to the university. A staff member since 1987, Wright has not taken a sick day in the past nine years, his nominator wrote.

Award recipients receive a framed certificate and a $1,000 check.
