DUCKS GONE WILD COMPETITION
HAS COUGARS VYING FOR FREE TRIP
For one University of Houston
student, it will be the duck of the draw.
From 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Sept. 1, students will try
their luck at finding specially marked ducks in a portable swimming
pool.
Part of the University Center’s (UC) Welcome
Back Event, “Ducks Gone Wild” will pit six lucky students
against each other as they try to find five marked ducks from a
pool of 300. The competition continues until there is one remaining
“survivor.”
The winner receives one free round-trip ticket to
anywhere in the continental United States. Other prizes include
DVD players, a compact refrigerator and a boom box. Entry forms
are available in Room 282 of the UC, online at www.uh.edu/ucaf
or at the event.
