RENTAL ASSISTANCE PROGRAM

Gov. Rick Perry, U.S. Housing and Urban Development Secretary Steve Preston and Federal Emergency Management Agency Deputy Administrator Harvey Johnson announced a rental assistance program for Texans displaced by Hurricane Ike.
