The University of Houston continues to strengthen its emergency preparedness strategy with a $2.5 million power project and plans to install digital signage across campus and notification systems in classrooms.

FOR UNDERGRADUATE STUDENTS

Thanks to summer undergraduate mentored research programs at UH, students can work alongside some of the world’s leading researchers and talented graduate students. This year’s programs are under way and include the Summer Undergraduate Research Fellowship.

Operation School Supplies

The Houston Alumni Organization, Houston Coca-Cola Bottling Co. and H-E-B officials are sponsoring the 18th Annual Operation School Supplies drive. Faculty, staff and students can participate in a campus drive, which runs through Aug. 1. Visit the HAO site for more information and to make a donation.
