JAUREGUI COMBINES OUTSTANDING SERVICE
, SENSE OF HUMOR
Linda Jauregui is the foundation for excellent
customer service at the University Center (UC) and associated facilities.
As office coordinator, Jauregui leads, coordinates and provides
support for the activities of the UC administrative services and
operations office and completes special projects as requested.
Jauregui
also volunteers for various campus activities, including Cougar
First Impressions and the State Employee Charitable Campaign.
“She often sees issues that may arise before they become ‘real’ issues
and resolves them with a minimum of supervision and a minimum of
trauma,” said Keith Kowalka, director of the UC and associated
facilities. “She is cherished by all of the students, staff
and faculty with whom we work and serve.”
Award recipients receive a framed certificate and a $1,000 check.
