Black-bellied whistling ducks have made a new home at the meditation pond, located between the Cullen College of Engineering and the Gerald D. Hines College of Architecture. The birds are known for their high-pitched calls.

TUITION AND FEE RATES
FOR FY2010 APPROVED

The UH System Board of Regents voted to approve tuition and fee rates for fiscal year 2010 in a recent special meeting. There will be a system-wide increase of 3.98 percent–the lowest percentage increase in nearly a decade.

In July, the Moores School of Music Concert Chorale will make the leap across the pond to make its debut at Llangollen International Musical Eisteddfod, one of Europe's oldest and most prestigious choral festivals.

Orchestra Grand Finale
