David Adams is Senior Vice President of Halliburton’s Completion and Production Division. Previously he served as Vice President of Operations Technology for North America. Mr. Adams joined Halliburton in 1991, advancing through a variety of sales, technology and district management roles in the United States. In 2008, he became Region Manager of the Northern Region (U.S. and Canada) for the Production Enhancement product service line. In 2010, he became Vice President of the PSL, responsible for the general management and strategic leadership of Hydraulic Fracturing, Acidizing, Pinnacle, Sand Control, Wellnite Services and Water Solutions. In 2012, Mr. Adams became Vice President of the Australasia Area, overseeing operations in Australia, Papua New Guinea and New Zealand. In 2014, he was appointed Vice President of Operations Technology for North America, advancing Halliburton’s leadership in technology for clients, suppliers and institutions. In this role he also facilitated knowledge-sharing among locations and PSLs to ensure the Company provides immediate, effective solutions to clients. Mr. Adams holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Texas A&M University. He holds several patents, is a member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers and has co-written several SPE papers. He is a 2006 graduate of the President’s Leadership Excellence Program.
