Matt Dulin joined the university in August 2008 as the production manager of Student Publications. Previously he was an editor and designer for the Beaumont Enterprise, where he was recognized for excellence by the Texas Daily Newspapers Association. As an undergrad at UH, he was very involved in Student Publications, being one of the youngest and longest-serving editors-in-chief in Daily Cougar history. As director, he looks forward to expanding student access to new media tools and experiences, emphasizing training, leadership and editorial vigor, and addressing the challenges posed by a constantly changing media landscape. He is currently working toward a master’s in media management from the University of Missouri-Columbia.

Delores has worked for Student Publications for 10 years, bringing 30-plus years of experience in advertising sales, promotions and marketing in the newspaper and radio industry. She takes pride in sharing her experience in managing and coaching The Daily Cougar student advertising sales team and watching them have success in their careers.

Candy Littleton

Candy, who earned her Associates in Business Administration from Wharton County Junior College, has worked with Student Publications for 11 years and a total of 30 years at the University of Houston.  At Student Publications, she is in charge of all accounting and business processes. She has served on various committees and organizations including CFI, March of Dimes, Frontier Fiesta, and Operation School Supplies. She is looking forward to working with a new director and being part of the University Center team.

Leona has 10 years of service with the University of Houston.  Her philosophy is to work hard, treat people the way she want to be treated, embrace the new growth and recognize the value of a Tier One learning environment. She is bursting with excitement to be a part of the team at Student Publications, the University Center and the Division of Student Affairs.
