Dr. Noel Clarke

Business Administrator, Student Center Business Office

Dr. Noel Clarke is the Business Administrator for the Student Centers as well as the manager of administrative, financial, budgetary and human resources operations of the Central Business Office number one (CBO#1) in the Division of Student Affairs. In addition, he ensures compliance with state, university and external funding agency guidelines. UH staff member since 1987, his functions have evolved from Director of Accounting of the University Center and Associated Facilities to the present position of financial administrator of CBO #1 and of the Division of Student Affairs.

Noel obtained a Bachelors of Science degree in 1975, graduating Cum-Laud from CUNY and later attended Long Island University where he pursued his Master of Business Administration degree in finance and graduated in 1982 with distinction and Doctor of Education (Ed.D), May 2001 from University of Houston. His specialty is organizational effectiveness. Other honors include: International Who’s Who of Professionals, and International Who’s Who; U of H Staff Excellence Award recipient; and JFH Community Service Award of Merit.

Away from work, Noel enjoys spending time with his family and participating in community activities. He serves as Board of Director member for many not-for-profit-organizations.

Christopher Herrin

Financial Coordinator I, Student Center Business Office

Christopher has been working in the University Center Games Room as a student worker at the front desk in 2001 and got promoted to his current position in 2009. Christopher has a Bachelor’s of Art in Anthropology and History from the University of Houston. He is a native Houstonian and enjoys reading, sleeping and aspires to become an anthropologist.

Tiffany Dobbs

Financial Assistant II, Student Center Business Office

Tiffany started working at the University of Houston in 2006 at the UH Business Park as a financial analyst. She joined the Student Centers team as a Financial Assistant II in 2009. She is a native Houstonian who has a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix and is currently pursuing her Master’s of Art degree in Psychology at the University of Phoenix.  When she is not studying, Tiffany enjoys shopping, singing and reading.
