Exercise Log


As a participant in the TIGER Study, you have access to your very own account for logging all your exercise through our collaboration with our partners at CSI Software, Inc. The exercise logging program will calculate your total calories burned and even track your overall activity! Here’s how to get started:


Exercise Logging Steps

Go to https://www.tigerstudy.com
Enter Club name: Tiger Den.
Click on Member Login.
Enter your TIGER ID number and password.
Click on Exerlog.
Click on Log Activities.
Select the first day of entry and add any new activities to your selected activities list (if applicable).
Select the appropriate date and click Log Activity.
Select the time, intensity, and laps (if applicable) for each activity.
Click Submit.
View caloric expenditure and then click Finish.
Click Log Activities to continue with your next date of entry OR View/Delete Activity Log to view a summary of your entries OR Logout if you are finished!
