  • A wide variety of volunteer positions

Campus and Community Involvement

Since arriving at the University of Houston, I have joined the women’s club soccer team and become the Social Media Director for my residence hall council. I also plan on joining the Honor’s College Club Theater program and the Red Cross Volunteers. I like to stay busy!

I hope to continue to use my time at the University of Houston to the fullest and accomplish as much as I can here.

Study Abroad

In the past, I have taken many years of Spanish courses, including AP Spanish IV. I would love to continue my studies of the language through fully immersing myself, preferably in Spain. It is a goal of mine to become fluent.

Research

As a freshman at the University, I have not yet participated in any research opportunities. However, I am very interested in getting involved, and I hope to start on a research project the summer after my sophomore year.

Future Endeavors

I hope to eventually complete a doctorate degree in Biomedical Engineering. It is my dearest dream to help discover something new in the field that is helpful to the world.
