About Me

I love to travel and be outdoors. Because of this, I chose the natural sciences as my field of study. One activity I enjoy outdoors is sports, participating or watching; I’m excited to be joining the Cougar Pride for football season. Other than sports, music is a vital part of my life, whether it’s listening to it or making my own. Most of all, my friends and family motivate me to all my accomplishments. The bonds we build help create who I am and who I strive to be.

Campus and Community Involvement

As a freshman about to start off, I am not currently involved in any organizations, but I hope to join a green organization and a volunteering one. I do like to volunteer and participate in sports. For that, I hope to join an intramural sport. I am also interested in anything crafty.

Awards and Honors

In High School, I received a Mu Alpha Theta Scholarship and an SHH Scholarship. During graduation, I was awarded with Magna Cum Laude and was recognized for perfect attendance for seven years, Spanish Honor Society, National Honor Society, Math Honor Society, and YES a volunteer organization.

Study Abroad

In High School I took Spanish. I would like to study in England, Spain, or Antarctica because there would not be as much of a language barrier. I would like to study abroad, to enhance my knowledge of the different cultures and to experience sights personally.

Currently I am interested for research in Geology, Chemistry, or Psychology, but I am also open to other fields.

Future Endeavors

I hope to find a career in the geological field. (haha get it?) If I can’t find a decent career, I will consider going to graduate school to get my Masters.
