Trainer Certificate Program

Target Audience

The Trainer Certificate Program is a blended face-to-face and online course for professionals who are emerging and/or experienced trainers. You will learn:

1. Foundations of Workplace Learning
2. Designing and Developing Training
3. Delivering a Positive Learning Experience
4. Measuring Learning Outcomes

Virtual online meetings take place Saturday mornings from 9am-1pm.

What do you get?

• Learn to perform a needs assessment
• Learn to apply adult learning principles
• 3.5 CEU credits
• Each module can be taken independently for 1.25 CEUs and a certificate in that specific area
