Overview

SHRM sponsors the Senior Professional Human Resources (SPHR) and Professional Human Resources (PHR) professional certificates. The SPHR and PHR Certification "preparatory" course is designed for HR professionals who desire to achieve the industry certification that sets them apart as true professionals in the field of HR.
