Vice President of Administrative Services
In his current role, Anderson is focused on providing a wide variety of quality services to meet the business objectives and needs of El Paso. He oversees all manners of real estate acquisitions, real estate dispositions, leases and construction in the Real Estate department. He is also responsible for over three million square feet of office space which includes building operations, building services, planning and design, food service, parking, travel, purchase procurement cards, subscriptions, furniture and equipment, reprographics, mailroom, construction and remodeling, records management all corporate security issues and participates as a key member in the El Paso’s Ethics Committee.
Anderson’s association with El Paso began in 1987 when he was hired as an architectural draftsman for El Paso Natural Gas. While taking advantage of the educational assistance program provided by El Paso, Anderson was able to combine his education and leadership abilities, which enabled him to be promoted various times to Vice President in 2001. Anderson was also given the opportunity to run two Asphalt Refineries, which again showed his operational knowledge and leadership.
Anderson holds an Associate of Applied Science Degree in General Architectural Design and Drafting, a Bachelor of Science Degree in Management and Computer Information Systems, and a Master of Business Administration.
Anderson is currently an Assistant Treasurer and Membership Officer of the El Paso Credit Union. He is a licensed pilot and former aircraft owner.
