An event growing in popularity among zealous, job seeking technology students and alumni, the Fall Career Fair offers a unique opportunity to network with company representatives from more than 60 companies across a diverse range of industries – from chemical, and construction, to energy, engineering, computer technology, and retailing. Designed specifically for College of Technology students, the Career Fair will attract about 500 participants.
The career fair will be held from 10am-2pm on Sept. 17 at the University of Houston Hilton – Conrad Ballroom.
In preparation, technology students will take advantage of special sessions designed to help improve their resumes and sharpen their interviewing skills prior to the event.
All job seekers must use TechConnect to register for the resume critique sessions and the career fair. In addition, they can view a complete list of participating employers, apply for full-time, part-time and internship opportunities and upload resumes and cover letters.
Employers and recruiters are invited to register for TechConnect and to post position openings.
