Guest speaker is Brent M. Longnecker, who brings three decades of consulting experience to inspire attraction, motivation and retention of key personnel on behalf of clients in all major industries. . A former partner of Deloitte amp; Touche and KPMG Peat Marwick, he formed the Houston-based executive compensation and corporate consulting firm of Longnecker amp; Associates (Lamp;A) in 2003, to keep a finger on this hot button for corporate watchdogs across the globe. Building on his track record of being widely quoted in national media and trade publications and a featured guest speaker and teacher, Longnecker earned the unique distinction of being the first executive compensation consultant named to Consulting Magazine's "2005 Top 25 Consultants." In addition to electing officers and board members for the 2011 – 2012 year, the organization will also award six scholarships to current College of Technology students.
