Faculty IT Services Survey

In April 2018, the Information Technology Department conducted a survey of faculty at UH Sugar Land. The survey measured faculty satisfaction with the current IT resources and services, as well as identified new services, or changes to current services, that faculty wanted to see made.

The survey gathered data in 4 broad response areas, including general demographic information, current IT resources and services, changes to IT resources and services, and communication and social media resources.

The survey results will provide input into the UH Sugar Land strategic planning process, assist the IT Department in reviewing the Department Mission, and, guide IT strategic decisions in allocating resources to current and new services that faculty feel is most important to their academic mission.
