The Incentive Program was created to allow opportunities for students to receive rewards based on their attendance to workshops for competencies. All rewards are intended to enhance each student employee’s future professional path. Students who reach “All-Star Status” will be recognized at the End-of-Year Student Life Potluck.
Students who attend five workshops out of the six available competencies, with approved reflection pieces by supervisors, will be considered an “All-Star” (students are only eligible to complete one workshop per learning outcome).
Kudos are tangible recognitions that are given either from peer-to-peer or supervisor-to-employee. Kudos are able to be written out on stars and accompanied by a snack option. Any peer or supervisor may give an employee a kudos in recognition of their work during the previous month.
Kudos stars and treats can be obtained from Ja’Nelle King or Lauren Ellzey at any time!
