FAQ - Coogs Funniest Videos

  1. What are the qualifications in order for me to be able to submit videos?
    In order to be able to submit videos you must be a currently enrolled UH Student.
  2. How many videos can I submit ?
    The maximum number of videos each individual can submit is three videos. The maximum length of the videos is 1 minute.
  3. How often do you review the submissions?
    The videos will be reviewed twice every week by the Speaker's Chair and other board members.
  4. When is the deadline for submitting videos?
    The submission deadline is November 3rd at 11:59pm.
  5. When and where does the event take place?
    The event will take place on November 16th from 4:00pm – 7:00pm at the Student Center Theater.
  6. How are videos chosen?
    The student Program Board will choose videos that adhere to specific criteria which are:
    • Occurs at the University of Houston.
    • Does not contain any graphic, illegal, or sexual content.
    • The video must be an original work of the individual submitting the video.
  7. How is a winner determined?
    The winner is chosen by a survey that goes live on the day of the event (November 16th). In case of a tie there will be a vote amongst members of the board.
  8. What is the prize?
    The winner will receive $100 and the two runner ups will receive prize packs.
