GCSW Research Conference Mission Statement: 

To promote the dissemination of research being conducted at the Graduate College of Social Work. The conference will showcase student projects on evidence informed treatments, invite peer reviewed poster presentations. The conference will serve as a platform for presentations by GCSW, local programs and agencies involved in evidence informed, translational research. The overall goal of the conference is to engage students, scholars and professionals in community building around social work research. The theme of the conference may change every year but the overall purpose will remain consistent over the years:  to provide a venue for reciprocal learning of evidence informed research and practice between GCSW and the community it serves. - McClain Sampson, Ph.D., M.S.S.W
