About SGA Court of Appeals

The judicial power of the Student Government Association shall be vested in the Supreme Court consisting of one Chief Justice and a maximum of eight Associate Justices. Members of the Supreme Court shall be appointed by the president of the Student Government Association upon concurrence of a two-thirds majority vote of all senators present and in good standing of the Student Senate.
