This means Principal Investigators and research administrators must retain all paper and/or electronic records associated with agreements awarded through USDA Agencies. All records generated from and/or pertaining to agency agreements MUST be retained until the freeze has been lifted.
Records include books, papers, maps, photographs, machine-readable materials or other documentary materials.
