Research interests

TEM: conventional and high resolution methods, EDS & EELS analysis; developed analytical approximation for electron scattering and customized software for analysis linear and planar defects in different types of structures.
Material science: conducted studies of correlation between real structure and physical properties in variety of materials (metals and alloys, HTS, fullerenes, semiconductors films, nonlinear optics materials), determination of the structure of new compounds.
