Roster updates/additions/substractions

If you need to add a player, you need to print the entry form, player verification form, code of conduct, NCCS waiver, and UH waiver and have only the additional players on these documents. The documents must be approved by the IMS professional on campus and the players MUST be verified by the registrar, seal and hours. This is the same process you did when you created your roster. YOUR ADDITIONAL PLAYERS WILL NOT BE ADDED ON SITE WITHOUT ALL OF THE VERIFICATION PAPERWORK.
If you need to remove players, you need to email Kristen LaFleur at kdrapp@uh.edu and give her your school, team name, and players to be removed. We will take it from there.
We are creating your rosters on www.imleagues.com. You do not have the ability to adjust your rosters.

Officials and Staff
Check-in will begin for staff at 11:30a in the rotunda. Please check in with the UH host staff when you arrive.
Officials Committee Meeting – 12p in upstairs meeting room
Tournament officials meeting - 1p in the Student Rec Center Multi-Purpose Room 2. DO NOT BE LATE.
Operations Committee meeting – 2p in Multi-Purpose Room 1 (next to rock wall)
Competition Committee meeting – 2p in Mills’ Office
All Tournament Committee Meeting – 3p in upstairs meeting room

All teams and participants must be in compliance with NCCS eligibility guidelines. For guidelines, please click here.
Rules
The rules posted previous to 2/25/13 are incorrect. Please see new rules (changes mainly in timing and technical foul accumulation).
Team Captains Meeting
The captain of each team must attend one of the following times on Friday, March 1st: 2:30pm, 4:30pm, 6:30pm in the Recreation and Wellness Center

Qualifying rounds will consist of pool play with teams advancing to bracket play.

Refunds and Cancellations
Payment for registration will not be refunded once the early registration period has passed.
If the tournament is cancelled for some reason, a partial reimbursement will be made to all teams.

Regional Winners
Regional Champions will receive an automatic bid to participate in the NCCS National Basketball Championships at North Carolina State University in Raleigh, North Carolina. Champions will also receive a travel stipend to play at the National Championship from April 12-14.
