Who can
play?
Any current University of
Houston Student, Faculty/Staff or Alumni. Faculty/Staff and
Alumni must obtain a membership at the Campus Recreation and
Wellness Center. Please contact the intramural office for
number of persons allowed in each sport.
Where is the Intramural Sports office located?
In the Campus Recreation and
Wellness Center Room 1007, located in the rotunda area ,
across from the Computer Resource.
What does it cost?
Major Team sports - Flag
Football, Volleyball, Outdoor Soccer, Indoor Soccer,
Basketball, Softball - Free
and Golf green fee $20
Minor Team and Individual / Dual Sports are offered at no
cost.
What if I do not have a team?
Stop by the Campus Recreation
and Wellness Center - Intramural Office and sign up as a
free agent. If a team does not have enough players, they may
pick up players from this list or a team will be formed from
the free agents list.
How do I sign up?
To sign up for a league , the
team manager needs to obtain a roster form from Campus
Recreation Department, fill it out completely, and return it
to the intramural office before the deadline.
Where do we play?
Sports are played at a
variety of locations including the Campus Recreation and
Wellness Center, the intramural fields on the corner of
Cullen and Elgin, and the UC Game room.
